What process is involved from the decision to get a machine guarded to the installation of the guard?

A representative from J.L.J will call out to your site and discuss your requirements. Our in-house engineering team will then produce a drawing of the unit which is then forwarded on to our production team.

What kind of lead time will there be from date of contact to delivery?

Lead times are dependent on individual requirements and are generally reduced for clients who already have a drawing. The overall cost is also reduced if you already have a drawing.

Can I have detailed information and text added to the unit being manufactured?

Yes we can provide a full text and logo engraving facility for you.

Can we have health & safety information on the materials being used?

Yes a full M.S.D.S. sheet is provided with each job carried out.

Can we have mixed coloured plastics to differentiate between areas using the same type of units?

Yes you can mix and match the colours of materials.
